Is there a way to change the border of the viewing window in Windows Picture Viewer - would rather have it blank white or grey or some other color than blue. There seems to be a LOT of blue in Windows 7. It gets irritating to me after while. Thanks. Please redirect your question to the forum proper.... Thankyou Kemical

I got fallout 3 for xmas and have been playing it non-stop since..So I just wanted to share how I've found the game so far. When I first installed the game (which is the game of the year edition containing all the 'add-ons') I patched it the latest version and then defragged my machine, something I always do after installing a game. Unfortunately I still got the micro stutters which I'd read can occur with some set-ups but not to worry the Fallout 3 forum came to the rescue ...

we just got a new hard drive (used before i think my cousin gave it to us) and we are trying to get the computer set of for the kids to be able to use. we have windows 98 but we are not able to do anything, and we keep getting BOOTMGR missing. Hi, I am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and want to upgrade my PC(processor and memory). Can I install the windows 7 ultimate 64 bit after the upgrade of the PC without loosing anything? thx for any advice willyiven
