    In 1991 I sold my moving company in New Orleans and moved to Bayou La Batre Alabama. I had been running a bulletin board and was networking through Fidonet. I found someone selling a couple hundred used Hitachi cd rom drives and bought them to sell to sysops running amateur bulletin boards.

  2. We're not worthy - the Intel core I7 processor

    I HIGHLY recommend this CPU. They are rated in the top 10 fastest processors on the market. I'm running a I7 920 system from Tiger Direct for $699 and have never seen any system run as fast and as solid - with so much power left over.

    It is a refurbished system with 3 gigs ram, dvd writer, 750gb SATA hard drive, Vista installed and absolutely no signs of ever being used. Sams Club and other vendors have a similar I7 920 system that is NEW for about $1,000. In my option, this is an ...

  3. Installing WinPCap on Windows 7

    Found a blog post over at Installing WinPcap & WC3Banlist on Windows 7 | David's Blog
    that explains how to install WinPCap, which is a very useful packet capturing library, on Windows 7. If you try to install WinPCap like a normal application on Windows 7, it fails.. Follow these steps to get the install to work..


    1. Download WinPcap 4.1
    2. Right click the downloaded installer exe and choose Properties
    3. Go to the Compatibility tab

    23 years ago on November 20, 1985 Windows first shipped. Love it or just like
    it, Windows 7 has come a very long way. I know I wouldn't have invested in these guys

    I have tested/used every program on this list

    If you want them all on DVD let me know. I could use a little support.
