Four different causes in 4 crashes. There are several possibilities.

    1-Old drivers

    Code:
    NTIDrvr.sys 3/24/2009 11:09:39 PM fffff880`05293000 fffff880`0529b000 0x00008000 0x49c9a073
    UBHelper.sys 4/27/2009 4:48:19 AM fffff880`0528b000 fffff880`05293000 0x00008000 0x49f57153
    mwlPSDFilter.sys 6/2/2009 6:07:30 AM fffff880`042b3000 fffff880`042bc000 0x00009000 0x4a24f9e2
    mwlPSDNServ.sys 6/2/2009 6:07:39 AM fffff880`02e70000 fffff880`02e78000 0x00008000 0x4a24f9eb
    mwlPSDVDisk.sys 6/2/2009 6:15:29 AM fffff880`02e5d000 fffff880`02e70000 0x00013000 0x4a24fbc1
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

2- Macaffee. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)

3-Since all 4 point towards memory exceptions I would also run memtest

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
