Getting BSOD approximately everytime i start my Notebook- even when the machine is kept idle...

    Unhappy Getting BSOD approximately everytime i start my Notebook- even when the machine is kept idle...

    Hi all,

    just few days back i installed win7x 64 bit on my machine dell vostro 1400(and its compatible drivers which was little difficult to find as dell suggest that this machine is not for win7)
    just after this upgradation i have started getting this BSOD screen everytime i restart my machine and just after a restart.

    i have attached all the required info with this post.

    Note:My machine keep on showing on my battery icon that "there is problem with your battery,so your computer might shutdown suddenly"
    Doubt:Can this BSOD screen is a result of this battery problem?????

    If not then what is the problem ..n how it can be resolved????
