New Build on Win 7 x64, Multiple different BSOD

I'm hoping this is a driver issue but I haven't been able to figure this out.
I just built this machine a few weeks ago and randomly get different BSOD errors. It's usually IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, but sometimes MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or others. I also have an issue where the computer will hard freeze (no mouse, no activity), forcing me to shut off the computer.

I've tried removing all my drivers and reinstalling them from the manufacturer's website which didn't help. I did have a problem with my Etron USB 3.0 controller driver causing very frequent crashes, so I uninstalled the driver and disabled the controller. This slowed down the frequency of the crashes but didn't eliminate them.
