Well recently built my first pc. Everything was great until a dreaded BSOD/physical mem dump. This happened after a good 3-4 hour session of Battlefield 3. I am currently running Prime95, all temps are looking perfectly fine. Into it for one hour now and havent broke 55C. Will proceed with MEMTEST after a good 2-3 hours of a prime95 run. I have 2 bsod zip files to upload. Hopefully someone can give some guidance on my issue. I would rather not rma any parts if I do not have too! I am so lost this is my first build!!!
Forgot to mention after windows auto restarted a windows recovered unespected shutdown message appeared. This is what it stated. This is also the 3rd dump tonight

quick update good hour of prime95 Temps stayed below 60c highest was 59 on one core, Memory diagnostic in windows reported no errors. I am really leaning to the gpu on this one. Not sure as I have no idea how to read the dump files. Also forgot to mention when the BSOD occures it is when i exit Battlefield 3 after a good long session. The gpu is slightly overclocked. stock settings were core 900mhz/mem at 1250. I only have it to 1000 core and 1350 mem which is extremely minor compared to others. Thank you for your time, it is greatly appreciated hope to get this resolved asap. scared for my new rig
quick update through some more research I am now doing driver verifier and MEMTEST instead of windows memtest. Hope to hear from someone that can read those lol... ugh. System file checker came back no issues reported. MEMTEST86 currently shredding away 1st pass at 77% no issues. Will prob let it run while i sleep if that is safe? 70 views and no replies. I hope I didnt do some thing incorrect. Thanks again
