Question Need help with BSoD on my Inspiron 14R N4010

    Hi all,

I'm suffering with the BSoD error for the past few weeks and this often interrupts me in my daily work. I've contact my local service, they said that should be set back to the factory set up. I did it three or four times, nothing's changed, it back again.

Please help to solve this.. Below are my computer details and this attached .dmp file is the latest one after it back and before I found this forum.

    Dell inspiron N4010
    Windows 7 version 6.1 Build 7600

Please analyze and let me know how to solve this issue.

    Hi,

your bsod was caused by your cpu. Please check temps when cpu is stressed and if need be remove dust bunnies from vents etc. Also your drivers need updating. Please update to the latest versions found here: Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]
