I have the two minidump files, and my system information. Could someone please examine my minidump files, and tell me what to do.

Any more info on when exactly the crashes occur? Any special time, during game play, network activity?

Have you checked the Event Viewer to see if there are any consistent error or warning messages. And Kernel power doesn't really count.

The dump files seem to indicate memory corruption, probably caused by some driver. You drivers all seem to be fairly recent, so not sure what to look for there.

I see you are running AVG, any updates for it?

The second dump mentions the problem was in conjuction with h12.exe. Maybe you know what that is, but it appears to be related to some gaming activity? I suppose if you are gaming, a video driver might be also involved.

Someone else may see some driver known to be problematic, but I don't have the experience.

hl2.exe is (I believe) the exectuable for Half Life 2

Please un-install the software for your wireless USB X-Box controller and remove the device from the system (for testing). These devices are known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems - and there aren't any updated drivers available.
