BSOD help when activating webcam

Hi I am getting a BSOD whenever I try to use my webcam.

Motherboard is Asus Gene V
CPU is i5 3570k
Ram is Gskill 16gb
Custom built machine

Antivirus is windows defender

I included all details from other parts I have read on the forum.

This is not just an issue of legality (although that is important also). Rather it's an issue that the core operating system files were changed in order to make the hacked OS work. Because of this our normal troubleshooting procedures won't work reliably on this system.
