been getting IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL for about 3 months now...

USB XBox controller is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Un-install the software and remove the device from the system. Don't reinstall until the manufacturer releases new drivers (these date from 2009).

Please un-install Gigabyte On/Off (Applecharger.sys) as recently we've seen some BSOD's due to it. Feel free to reinstall it (if needed) after the BSOD's have stopped.

If the BSOD's keep coming after you've removed this stuff, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Have you uninstalled it?
