Getting BSOD randomly while playing games , surfing internet, starting computer

Hi, i've been having random bsod's lately and need help
While i play games, surf the internet and do pretty much anything these bsods will just appear. It started about a week ago.
The BSOD's im getting are 0x00000f4 and 0x000000a.

    Im running windows 7 ultimate
    intel i7 870 (not overclocked)
    Asus engt 240
    Team DDR3 1333 6 GB
    Cooler Master HAF 922
Acer Monitor (cant see the model number anywhere)
    Samsung 1 TB HDD
    Samsung 1.5 TB HDD
Applications which i have running in the background usually are daemon tools, kaspersky pure, garena, skype, razer lycosa (driver thingy), razer naga (driver thingy) and nvidia control panel.

Kaspersky pure recently had a database error so i thought it was causing it so i upgraded kaspersky pure to the latest version which is kaspersky 2.0.

    Please help me

Edit: Forgot to add what harddisks im using.

Daemon tools are known to cause BSODs - uninstall them.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was without power for 3 days due to Hurricane Sandy.

Please zip up the memory dumps (they're in C:\Windows\Minidump) and upload them with your next post.

    Hi,
Thanks for the response. I downloaded blue screen viewer and it shows ntoskrnl.exe+406722 is causing the bsod. Also I attached the minidumps as you asked

    Thanks in advance.

Re: Getting BSOD randomly while playing games , surfing internet, starting computer

Only 100 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates.

Win7 doesn't like wireless USB network adapters - especially with older (Vista era) drivers. Here's my rant on this subject:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.
    Many problem devices listed:
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter ROOT\*ISATAP\0000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

USB Device(VID_1f3a_PID_efe8) ROOT\USB\0000 This device cannot start.

Photosmart 2570 series ROOT\IMAGE\0000 This device is disabled.

Photosmart 2570 series ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0000 This device is disabled.

VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter ROOT\NET\0000 This device is disabled.

TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 (Tunngle) ROOT\NET\0002 This device is disabled.

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_83A31043&REV_03\4&1AE87EE1&0&00E7 This device is disabled.
The first one - the ISATAP adapter. Go into Device Manager, right click on it and select "Un-install". If needed it'll come back when you reboot - but in most cases it's not needed and won't come back.

The second one - the USB device. It is likely related to an Android or Android tablet. Right click on it and select "Un-install" to see what device is affected.

3 and 4 are printers - safe to ignore.

VirtualBox Ethernet is disabled - please un-install it

TAP-Win32 Adapter is disabled - please un-install it and remove the device from your system.

Realtek PCIe GBE device is disabled. Please:
    - enable the device
    - update it's drivers
    - disable the device again (if so desired)

Alcohol 120% and Daemon Tools both are known to cause BSOD's. Please un-install both using this procedure:
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
As you are experiencing I/0 errors, please run these free diagnostics on ALL of your hard drives: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Re: Getting BSOD randomly while playing games , surfing internet, starting computer

Hi, Thanks for the fast response.
For the disabled drivers like my TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 (Tunngle) ROOT\NET\0002, I personally disable it when not in use but will enable it when i use the application. Should I still remove it?

what virtual mounting tool can I use if daemon tools or alcohol 120% is causing the bsods?
    Thanks in advance.

Re: Getting BSOD randomly while playing games , surfing internet, starting computer

The problem with a disabled device is that the drivers are still loaded into memory and can still cause problems.
Please temporarily uninstall the software/drivers and physically remove the device from your system. This is only for testing purposes and you can reinstall it as needed. The point here is to see how the system behaves (BSOD's) without the device installed.

I don't know much about virtual mounting devices - but have heard others use Virtual Clone Cd and MagicISO.

    Thanks for the reply.
The bsod's have stopped. I uninstalled my logitech webcam drivers and the bsod's magically stopped. I even have daemon tools installed again and it has been running fine so far.
Thanks again for all the help
