So my business runs a program out there called WinTux. its an inventory management system for the formal wear (yup, tuxedos)...anyways, we run WinTux from a server computer, so that way we don't have multiple installations on each and everyone of our computers. To keep track of inventory we use barcodes (specifically Cyrstal Reports Barcode 16-bit and 32-bit, along with all the other DLL's it requires). When I print a ticket with a barcode on it from the server computer to the printer...the barcode prints perfect, but when I print the ticket from one of the satellite/workgroup computers, the barcode does not print...it shows up like: *1234567* etc... Since we are running the same program on all computers straight from the server...I'm thinking printer is missing some drivers or some type of translation software? Any ideas?
