    Can't connect cooling fan

I have a plain 80mm fan with MOLEX connector (And an extender) and a motherboard with 3-Pin connector. The two don't connect. What am I missing aside from a brain?

A 3 pin to molex connector.....lol. I've order from these guys and not had a problem. Just to a quick google search for "3 pin to molex" and a plethora of sites pop up.

4-pin Molex to 3-Pin Female Socket Cable Adapter Sleeved [4FAN3PIN] : Performance-PCs.com, ... sleeve it and they will come

If you have an extra empty molex plug off the PSU you can plug it directly into the PSU that way.
