    Thank you for your reported post regarding unsolicited (and quite incomprehensible) spam. It is believed that some users from Vietnam are using a unicode character set to peddle their warez. In a bizarre turn of events, this renders their messages completely illegible, but must be dealt with nonetheless. The user's key information such as IP address, e-mail, and content of message has been submitted to multiple anti-spam databases. Your help has been greatly appreciated.
