    Unhappy Service pack one update not showing in update menu

    want to know why service pack update is not shown?(check images) all i have is optional language pack downloads. Boring to download manually(very big file)

    Control Panel > Windows Update > Change Settings > Give me recommended updates the same way I receive important updates.

    Check what Optional updates are available.

    If still not showing, download and install manually:

    Download details: Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932)
