Looking for a simple photo viewer

Can anyone recommend a simple photo viewer that all you have to do is select a folder (and not a library) and just tell the viewer to cycle the photos in full screen mode? I don't want to create photo libraries.

Windows Photo Viewer is a very powerful and handy tool, open up a folder with images, then click an image to open it with the photo viewer, and click to start a fullscreen slide show:

Name:	SSSS.JPG
Views:	148
Size:	10.7 KB
ID:	7162

Press 'Esc' to end the slideshow.
