I was wondering if there could be a new forum added for Virtualization/Virtual Machines, etc:?

Why not? If not a new forum then a new subcategory could do, would be a nice one in Windows Server.

Not broad enough. General Computing maybe?

Fact is it goes outside the range of general computing for many reasons. It may well need a top-level forum. I will need to work on a graphic for this forum but I like the idea.
