Bright student Victoria Cowie may be only 11-years-old but she has a higher IQ than Albert Einstein.



The schoolgirl has now joined the ranks of Mensa’s brightest people with an intelligence score of 162 – two points higher than the German physicist.

Victoria had her pick of top schools after flying through exams but has decided on taking up a scholarship at the Royal Wolverhampton School, not far from home.

‘Victoria is a very bright girl and she has worked very hard but she isn’t glued to her studies, she loves drama and music, and plays football too,’ said mother Alison, 44.

Alison added: 'We haven't cracked the whip. When it comes down to it she's still a child and we have always said she only does what she wants to do.'

Only-child Victoria, has set her sights on becoming a vet, and has been bright from a young age.
