An officer was walking in to the Stoughton bank as an alleged robber was running out, and he chased him down.

It only took 90 seconds for the robber to walk in the front doors of the bank until he was in handcuffs. As he was walking out with the cash he walked by a police officer, who was wearing plain clothes and quickly realized what had happened. The officer had him on his knees and in handcuffs - just 20 feet from the front door and still on bank property.
