Windows 7 no gadgets?

I've tried everything to get gadgets on my Windows 7 but I can't. On the Microsoft website it tells me to right click on the desktop and click on "gadgets" but I have no "gadgets" option in my right-click menu on the desktop. Also, when I search for "gadget" in the start search box nothing comes up. How can I get gadgets???

First check control panel, programs and features
In the left column choose Turn Windows features on or off
Scroll down and select Windows Gadget Platform and click ok

Mene pa zanima ena zadeva.
Naložen imam protivirusni program avast
In z desnim klikom na namizje in izberem pripomočki in sem si naredil datum in veliko uro v desnem zgornjem kotu. A ob vsakem zagonu se mi zažene tudi ikono avast kjer piše zavarovano.
Ta ikono je bila med pripomočki ampak sem dal odstrani tako da je več tam not ni. Ampak zaganja pa se ob vsakem zagonu. Kako lahko odstranim to da se nebi več zaganjala?
