Spli-tscenes - Wallpaper Flipper

This is a wallpaper flipper with some extras. I designed this before implementing wallpaper(page) flipping inside Splinter.

Features-

---It has an auto-flipping feature that allows the pages to flip up to 3 times a second (can be VERY useful, when designing things like splinterfaces)

---It allows for creation of "next" and "previous wallpaper" desktop shortcuts, as well as desktop shortcuts for any and all specific wallpapers that you put into the list.

---Has a shortcut key feature which allows you to set a keyboard shortcut using any key combination.



I will release the source code into the public domain, later in the week.
