    ground is green and blinks (to a lighter green color)

    I would say either your graphics isn't upto the job or you need a new driver..

    I checked out the home page of your graphics system and it says that 7 is currently unsupported..

    Have you tried running the game under compatibility mode?

    I've checked for patches and forums without success... Looks like it's just not compatible with 7 sorry.
