    Kodak Easyshare Z730

Upon connecting my Kodak EasyShare Z730 camera to the USB port, there is ZERO indication that windows even recognizes I plugged -anything- into the USB port at all. The camera itself is supposed to blank the screen and blink an LED to let me know it's connected to a USB port, however it does not see that it's connected to the computer either. This camera worked perfectly fine in both XP and Vista.

EDIT: Upon pulling out other devices and plugging it into various ports, it finally actually saw it and detected it. But why did it become so unresponsive to begin with?
