Conexant AC97 Audio Driver for Windows 7 64-bit

OMG Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!, I thought I was stuck with a laptop with no sound, this soo worked, you're the best!!! :-)

Also I have a HP DV5000 that I noticed give A LOT of people this problem, hopefully they will visit your tip here!!
