Printer User ID Settings

Hello,

I am trying to setup my printer at work. It is a Canon iR C5185, and Windows 7 found the driver fine and has installed it.

The problem I now have, is we have to use a printer ID to print, and I can't find anywhere at all to input this setting.

Would love to get some help on this.

Always get the drivers from here. Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : Color imageRUNNER Copiers

You need the right driver for Canon's as they have different print servers.
You should use command workstation 5 to find out what kind you have.
