Problems with fresh install of W7:Ult

OK so I'm trying to go a fresh install on my workstation (info below). I was able to boot to the DVD and the installation seemed to go fine (on the sata drive, for some reason the computer doesn't detect the scsi drive). But when windows tries to boot for the first time the computer restarts after the "setup is preparing your computer for the first time" screen. Then upon reboot the computer displays the "hey the computer obviously didnt shut down properly don't you wanna try safe mode ect." Tried safe mode and failed...(seemed to hang up at the agp440 driver) also tried last known good config and no success. The hard drive is fine, I have xp running on another partition, and data stored on a 3rd. Any ideas???

This device driver got stuck in an infinite loop, this usually indicates a problem with the driver itself or with the device driver programing hardware incorrectly
