    Win 7 install disc broke

I brought win 7 family pack downloaded from microsoft. Windows 7 home Premium full not upgrade. Created iso disks 32bit and 64bit. Have product keys for both. The 64 bit disk is broke went onto my account at microsoft store not in purchase history. How can I download a copy of windows 7 that will work with my product key. Clicked on a link on these forums, downloaded and installed but it says key invailed. Have not put key etc on forum dont know if should or not. First ever post on a forum learning all the time.

You don't want to post your key. Are you trying to upgrade or do a clean install? There is a way to clean install with a upgrade disk.

If you have a valid key, you can use any Home Premium installation disc and apply your key.

Are you absolutely certain that the Family Pack you purchased was full version. I was under the impression that that deal was upgrade versions only, but I could be wrong.
Using an upgrade key for a full version install might be an issue.
Have you attempted to contact Microsoft regarding the issue and explaining you current situation? If you have proof of purchase it's likely they will be able to resolve the problem for you.
Have you tried re-burning the ISO, sometimes it seems critical that you use a very slow burn speed when burning these ISOs. Perhaps using something like ImgBurn and setting the write speed to 4x might help.

I, too, could be wrong but, I don't agree. Sometimes, WAU discs (Windows Anytime Upgrade) & Family Pack get discussed @ the same time... @ least they do in MS websites one gets if search keyword 'Windows7 Family Pack. All WAUs are, certainly, upgrades. However Family Pack is a Full Version. Ergo, albeit one can do "Custom Installs" w/ an Upgrade disc, w/ Family Pack, this is or becomes, a moot point.

& yes, burn must be x4 or less

No, do not air your Key.

You state you have keyS for both... me thinks they are one, same Key, for both.

Know of nowhere one can download Win7, for free; @ least nowhere I would recommend.

But, as implied by the other person, if, you could borrow a W7 x64 disc, you can use the Key you have.

You just cannot install & or run both the x86 & x64 @ the same time, whether on the same machine or not. Although, it's a moot point if on the same machine cus would be dual-boot & again, not both @ the same time.

The following links are to msft.digitalriver.net and I believe they will prove suitable for most purposes. Full retail versions but of course you will still need a valid product key.
Download Windows 7 Integrated With SP1 ISO – Official Direct Download Links

We know that but, he has Full Version discs, anyway; ergo, a moot point.

Re: Win 7 install disc broke

Download the family pack burnt to disk worked when first Used ok. The family disk is the full version. When tried to reinstall it had problem install wouldnt go pass upacking files. Called microsoft support gave them product key confirmed full version on family pack they suggested wouldnt work because not clean install. So formatted drive using the install disk. Install hung at same place. Conculsion install disk faulty, cure new install disk. Read the posts on this site looking for a download of windows 7. Clicked on a link from forum that downloaded a copy burnt iso file to disk making it bootable. Installed win7 64 bit worked installed no problem however did not recognise product key tried with a different link same result.Have different product keys one for 32bit and one for 64 bit. Thankyou to everyone for their posts first time I have ever used a forum much impressed

You need to do a disk error check with automatic recovery because it sounds like you could have lost some information on your hard drive when you accidentally hit your computer.
