    Angry Urgent Help With Virgin Media/Win 7 !

    Please help i need solution and problem solvers to help me connect to the internet on my Win 7 OS.
    k so when i go on windows 7 it dosent let me connect to my windows 7 to the internet.i have virgin media fibreoptic connection. and i never had this problem at my house. since weve had virgin media i cant connect to the internet on windows 7. we've tried everything !
    it connects fine on vista though ?
    Oh and when i try connecting on win 7 it takes about 2 minutes to connect then a message pop's up unable to connect then i go through to diagnose the problem but it cant find anything also it wont connect through ethernet :F
