    Could not identify problem?

I am having some connection problems with my desktop. I am connected with an ethernet cord to my belkin router using comcast cable. When I try to troublesehoot, Windows says it could not identify the problem.

I have tried resetting my router and modem and unplugged all cables, but nothing has changed. Could someone help me? If additional information is needed, I can provide it.
