Limited access or no connectivity

I have a run of WIN7 and I use a wireless router D-Link
Every time I connect to secure wireless network, after several minutes, he impressed me this error
I am able to connect to this network through a mobile phone laptop computer but not fixed.
I can connect to other wireless networks insecure without a problem
I tried almost all solutions have the Internet, maybe someone here would be something original try.

Right now I cannot see what error you get (that part of your post is not readable). Does your router connect you to the wireless network ?

4 steps to set up your home wireless network


You should configure three things:
