problem in loading a website

Hi,
I am having trouble in opening one specific website (tried in IE & Firefox). The error I get in event viewer is: [Name resolution for the name <website-name> timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.]
All other webistes work fine for me. Its the issue with only one site. I dont know how to resolve the issue. Its the same issue whether I enable/disable my PC firewall s/w: Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.
I tried opening this website in free web proxy & its opening fine. Is there any way to fix it without using proxy?
