Not able to connect WIFI network.Device or resource not responding

Hi Team,

I am using hotel wifi network and was able to use it quite nicely. But suddenly my network started showing "No Internet Access" though it was connected.

Diagnostics gives an error "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS Server) is not responding."

I am still able to connect to same wifi properly with my other laptop.

Can anybody please help me to solve this problem?

Have you got DNS server address to be obtained automatically?

Yes I have kept it automatic only.

Those Hotel systems are a different breed of cat. You might call the front desk to see if you are limited in any way with the connection, or multiple connections.

If you use the ipconfig command in a Command Prompt window, do both computers show the same DNS addresses?

Both the laptop shows same DNS server.

Hotel does allow multiple connections from same room. I use my mobile to connect to internet.
Also this laptop used to work earlier all fine but suddenly it has stopped working.
