    Small Problem

    Hy , why when i start the pc my desktop its loading very slow when my local area connection its enabled and when is disabled , the desktop its loading very fast ?

    Try downloading current LAN driver for your system.

    You system may also be calling home for some reason. It is hard to track, because it will not normally let you open such things as Task Manager. But if it isn't the network adapter driver as Bassfisher6522 suggests, maybe something is using the network possibly get the IP addresses, or some other reason, good or bad.
