Unhappy Turbo mode for specific application(esp. games)

Hello Everyone, I am in a need of a software that will have application specific settings. The software should 1.Stop dwm service 2.Kill sidebar.exe 3.Kill Rainmeter.exe 4.Change power plan 5. Start the program(game I want to start) When the game ends 6.Restore dwm, sidebar, rainmeter, power plan. It would be great if the software enable me to have a shortcut to start the app with those settings.... Thanks for viewing... I use Windows 7 64 bit
