Since it appears MS deletes any posts on the WIndows 7 forums regarding this situation I thought I'd post it here.

I'm using a hosting provider for my Exchange and have Outlook 2007 installed. When I try to connect using my Outlook on my Win7 installation it won't connect. I keep getting the dreaded username/password dialog. It's working on my other installations/devices. iPhone sees it and ActiveSyncs, Entourage sees it and ActiveSyncs, Outlook on Vista sees it and ActiveSyncs, Outlook on XP sees it and ActiveSyncs. Win7 is a NO GO!!!

Specifics:

Outlook 2007 (MS Office Professional SP1)
Win7 (build 7000)
1 and 1 Exchange hosting

I've tried almost everything (otherwise it would be fixed) to get it to work. If'n anybody here has a similar setup and have it working I would give a six pack to find out how.

I am having the same problem with a Rackspace hosted Exchange account. No matter how I try to set it up, I just get constant Username/Password dialogs. Can't proceed any further.
