Windows Live Mail - Where is "Check Mail Now"

    Windows Live Mail - Where is "Check Mail Now"

    I have set WLM to check mail every 5 minutes, but if I want to check it now, I don't know how. I used to be able to do this in OE. Can I still do this?

    Click on that "Sync" button or click F5
