Windows Help and Support - HELP !!

When you click on the start-menu and click on Windows Help and Support. It brings up the Help and Support page. When I search for something there is a list. I click on the online version help and sometimes it says page offline because of internet or windows server temporiliy out. But when I try again, this times it works. I don't really care about it but why does it do that ??

Please help me to find why this happens.

Sounds like a problem with your internet connection, not with Windows itself.
