    Documents and Temp on D:

My Windows is on SSD, and I've heard it's better if you put the regularly changing folders to a HDD, cause SSD cells can only be rewritten 10000 times. How can I move Users and Temp folders to D: while they remain usable?

You can move personal and user profile folders, but you can't move all the tmp folders used by your system and programs.
