Outlook does not remember passwords

    Unhappy Outlook does not remember passwords

    I have the same problem in that my e-mail passwords have to be reset every time I access Outlook. I've tried the actions from previous posts including re-entering my profile. Windows 7 with XP office professional installed.
    Is there a solution to this problem or should I revert to XP?
    I would appreciate help as i'm silver haired novice.
