    You can't, there's no way to 'theme' Windows 7 like you could Windows XP.

    Actually that's not entirely true. You can download various UXTheme patch for 7. Here:

    TCP-Z, Best TCP/IP Patch: Universal Theme Patcher (v1.5, Build 20090409)

    or here:

    Download Uxtheme Patch For Windows 7 RC build 7100

    There are already various 'alpha' skins being shown, just google. Also, if you're a fan Windowblinds 7 will support skins on Windows 7.
