Re: Itunes are using all my cpu

Your statement as to when the cpu usage started is a little confusing. Did it start as soon as you installed iTunes, or after you attempted to transfer music to a "friend"?

Have you done a cold boot on the system?

I just installed iTunes and lost my USB capability because of a problem with connecting an iPod. Doing a cold boot reset the system and things returned to normal.

I hate iTunes ... I install it in a VM now when I have to do something to my iPhone or iPad ...
