Sleep and wakeup after 1minute ??

Hi,
I have CPU i7 920, mb: asus P6T , 6Gb ram ( 3* 2) and HD4670 512Mb video card.
Windows 7 and win XP ran - no problem.
On Win7 when I press sleep button, PC sleep for +/- 1 minute and wake up itself
I disconected all USB ports , still same problem
Any idea ???

Have you tried to change the settings you can see in the screenshot?

You may also want to try disabling the wake function on your network adapter. Click Start, type "device manager", and select Device Manager. Click the arrow next to "Network Adapters", right-click on whatever adapter shows up underneath, and select "Properties". Go to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer".

This solved the exact same problem for me, and hopefully it will work for you as well.
