    Cool booting problem

I've upgraded from Vista Premium Home to Windows 7, home and now I have to boot twice. The first boot I get a blank black monitor, I have to manually shot the computer and boot again and log into windows on the prompt: "start windows in standard mode". Also, I have McAfee virus protection, should I delete it?

Did you do a clean install or upgrade? If you downloaded did you burn at a slow speed 4X or less? Upgrades can cause problems. Burning to fast causes troubles too.

    Exclamation windows 7 not booting

I've used the disc for 32bits that came in the box that I've purchased for $129. I found out that this problem is global with VAIO, Sony and Vista, they have no solution yet. I'm now able to use my PC if I boot twice each time I turn the unit on.
