In my thirst for more speed I was a little to quick with removing fonts
Now I get an ugly font instead of the default one I had before.
What can I do? Can I "reset" or reinstall just the fonts?
Do and can I reinstall Windows 7 over the existing version, keeping everything else in tact?

Or am I just scrwd?
