User Account Control Settings Issue
Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys could possibly help me out:
I expected to be told how adjust global settings as well as program specific settings. If I click to open a program and I'm prompted and you give me the option to change when this notification appears then I want to change when the notification appears! What if I don't want this one program to give me that annoying popup EVERY time I go to do my work? I've been reading for a freaking hour now trying to stop it for that one program while still maintaining my systems security! I will probably just shut it off completely as that is the direction you are driving me towards. Now I might figure this out but my point is ... WHY CHALLENGE ME! I want an OS that makes things easier for me.

You could try this:
http://www.symantec.com/norton/theme...=0&depthpath=0
It was made for Vista, but I think it would work on 7 too.
I used it in Vista, and it would show an option called "Don't ask me again" or something along those lines.

I turned UAC off but I'm the only user of this PC.
