Automatically Disabling / Enabling Hardware Devices **HELP**

Is there a program out there or a script that I can write to have it automatically disable / enable devices? I am trying to figure this out for power saving reasons on my laptop.

Control panel (icon view) Device manager. Right click any device and properties and you can select the disable option

That would be manually disabling hardware devices. I don't want to do it one by one. I am looking for a script or program that I can click once and it enables disables automatically.

I have already found that solution and is exactly what I need. But only works with XP/2003 version of Windows.
