Strange message received after turning on computer, please help.

    Strange message received after turning on computer, please help.

    I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. After I pressed my power button while my computer was sleeping I got the black screen that says your computer was not shut down properly.
    I clicked enter for the "Start Windows Normally" option. Apparently my computer shut off while sleeping. I got a message describing the problem when my computer booted up. I have no clue what any of the information means. Can someone tell me what the problem is in normal English and if there is anything I should do? Please see the windows message that received below. Thank you for all of your help.

    Has this only happened one time, or does it happen every time you put your computer in sleep mode?

    Do you always use the power button to wake it up..I use the space bar.

    sometimes, move the mouse, space bar, random key on keyboard, pr power button, mouse click, i have no preference it is usaully random.
