Redirect public folder to new location

I've followed the help and support instructions for redirected my user folders to a new location, which works.

I have a problem redirecting the public folders to a new location. When I open the properties window for public folders then I can open the Location tab, but the buttons (Restore Default, Move, Find Target) do not show under the textfield with the path. I can place the pointer in the textfield of the path, but changes cannot be made.

I've also follow this instruction from Microsoft how to redirect public folders to new location: Redirect a folder to a new location

but it doesn't work either. When trying to run the command (explorer c:\users\public) in the promt window as administrator, it tells that expore is not recognized as an internal or external command. I've also opened the file-explorer as administrator, but still it is not possible to make any changes in the path-fieled in the new location window, neither are the buttons shown.

Any ideas how to redirect public folders to a new location?

Properties > Location > Type the new location > Apply,

does this not work so? I take it you have an administrator account?

I've already tried this as administrator, but I cannot make any changes in the path-fieled in the new location window, neither do the buttons show.
