Process_has_locked_pages

Recently built this new system and lately I have been getting this blue screen. I ran a registry cleaner multiple times but still the problem exists. When I looked it up on the internet there were instructions on a process to find the driver or program that is having the issue. I am unsure on where to put this process so i can locate the problem. Any step by step would be appreciated.

1 tb WD caviar(main hd) and a 500gb hd
