*** Adjust Brightness *** Help Please

I have two Machines (laptops)

Both running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

First Machine, One I can go to Control Panel > Display > Adjust Brightness

First machine, has been running Windows 7 for few months.

Second Machine, If I do the same steps, I can not find Adjust Brightness.

Second machine, has been running windows 7 for only one one week.

Is it waiting for a an update that will include that feature?

Both machines, I have loaded Windows 7 Ultimate from the same DVD

if you notice in my screenshot that I don't have the same 'Brightness control' either.

To change the brightness I either use the settings found on the monitor itself or settings found via the graphics device driver..

So are you missing a driver update or similar?
